Karin joined The Venetian in 2008 as a national sales manager focused on technology, pharmaceutical and insurance clients, before advancing to her current role in 2012. As executive director of sales, she is responsible for developing strategy and management of the groups team, including the vertical deployment of technology, medical and health, insurance, banking and real estate. In addition, she is responsible for growing revenues, development and mentoring of staff and bringing experiences to life through enhancing existing partnerships and developing new customers at the landmark Las Vegas meetings complex.

Kevin Duncan is an energetic leader who has been an innovator of total revenue management principles for the entire hospitality industry. His strategic guidance at every hotel he has interacted with has helped increase profitability and overall service levels. He brings over 20+ years of branded and non-branded hotel experience and has achieved tremendous success through his hands-on approach of leadership creating a positive working atmosphere. Kevin is currently the Senior Director, Strategic Product Initiatives at Cendyn. He has the rare blend of revenue management experience combined with years of hands-on knowledge of sales, marketing and operations. He has volunteered his time for industry associations to ensure the education of our future leaders. He continues to look at how to advance Total Hotel Revenue Management for our ever-changing economy.

In his role he is responsible for overseeing the day to day activities of the department as well as the convention sales team in collaboration with the Senior Vice President.

Pedram began his career with Clark Kerr Dining in Berkeley, California as a Banquet Server then promoted to Banquet Captain. He then transitioned to a Conference Assistant Coordinator at the University of California, Berkeley's Conference Services department where he booked and serviced events and followed up with clients daily to ensure their satisfaction and continued business. He was also Catering and Food Service Manager for Cal Dining and was later promoted to Hiring & Training Manager. In 2004, he moved to Las Vegas and joined the staff of MGM Grand Resort & Casino as an Assistant Manager within the Food and Beverage Department. Pedram joined the pre-opening Sales Team at Wynn Las Vegas in 2005 as a Conference Sales Manager and was promoted seven times in ten years.

Amanda G. Voss is the Vice President of Sales for Bellagio Resort & Casino and Park MGM in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, she is responsible for leading the strategic vision and direction for the Hotel Sales, Catering, Convention Services, Wedding, and Group Dining Departments. As a dedicated servant leader, Voss is committed to inspiring her staff, delivering full support to clients and guests, and aligning with the long-term vision and objectives of the organization.
